Vine Solutions has negotiated numerous real estate leases for clients over the years. In 2004, Vine Solutions negotiated and drafted the letter of intent, business partnership agreement and lease for Sino Restaurant, LLC, an 8,600 square foot restaurant, to be opened at Santana Row in September 2005 by Straits Restaurant Group. Vine Solutions was able to negotiate the business relationship and the lease on terms that were substantially more favorable than those negotiated for the Straits Restaurant Group's original lease at Santana Row despite a much-improved commercial real estate market.
